Personal...
I was born an raised in Anderson, IN. As is stated above, I grew up & cut my musical teeth during the decade of the 1980s (maybe that's why metal style lead guitar is such a passion for me). I received my Bachelor Degree from Johnson Bible College in 1995 -- majoring in Bible and Preaching, I currently serve as the Pastor of Connectins, Discipleship and Teaching @ First Church.

I'm married to the most wonderful woman in the world. Her name is Kelly, Kel and I were married in 1991 (6-22). Together we have two awesome children--Kara Marie (born 8-3-97) and Joshua Bradley (born 5-20-99).

I lived a pretty rebellious life before I surrendered my heart to Jesus Christ in 1987. You can learn all about my story in my testimony.

Musical Influences--All the great hard rock/heavy metal guitarists of the mid-late 1970s & 80s. My top five (or four depending on how you count it) would be Angus Young (AC/DC), Ace Frehley (Kiss), Randy Rhoads (Ozzy) and Adrian Smith and Dave Murray (Iron Maiden).

Hobbies/Intrests--Of course Music and Ministry are huge passions--Just behind Jesus and my family. I love to read, study and talk about God! I'm a HUGE Notre Dame Football fan--GO IRISH! Outside of that I just enjoy being with my family and spending time with friends -- hanging and talking about life.

Favorite Food--Anything my wife makes for me :-) ...seriously. It's a whole lot easier to list what I don't like--I'm not a big fan of sushi, monkey brains, snails, caviar, that fish stuff on pizza... and maybe a couple other things... outside of that--bring it on!

Hopes for Guitar Jams: 4 Goals...
1. Share my music--I love to write, record metal/rock music--and of course, I want to share that music with as many people as I can!
2. Make Friends--I've met so many cool people through G.J. and I hope to meet and befriend a million more!
3. Help People--through Guitar Lessons, teaching, spiritual encouragement, etcl. I'm always available. I truly enjoy helping people connect with God and grow.
4. Glorify God--This is sort of the bottom line for me. Through it all--the music, the conversations, the teaching... all of it... my goal is to exalt Jesus and bring glory to Him! He's awesome, He's my Savior and everything I do--I do for Him.

Pastor Brad is exactly what he sounds like, yes a pastor. He is one of the few members of God’s fellowship pushing out raw face-melting metal. He first discovered metal was for him in 1980 at an epic AC/DC concert. Growing up in the glorious age of bands like Kiss and Iron Maiden Pastor Brad couldn’t help but to pick up a guitar and start rocking out. In 1987 he became a Christian and during this time also discovered a love for acoustic guitar and soulful songwriting. He hopes his music gets into the hearts and the bodies of his audience in an ever so powerful way.

In 2004 he started his own website (www.guitarjams.net) where he could promote his music and advertise his passions for music, teaching guitar, audio mastering, and exalting Christ through Bible-based preaching and teaching. Pastor Brad has released two demos, several full-length albums and has plans to release many more projects soon. In 2009 he had the pleasure of playing at Cornerstone Fest in Bushnell, IL -- one of the largest Christian music festivals in the United States. Pastor Brad is one of the most original metal musicians around and his uncanny songwriting styles keep the listener hooked at every note.
